Decided on the date, time, location and theme of your shoot? Perfect! Sounds like you're ready to go. All that's left is to fill out this form and agree to the terms and conditions. Can't wait to see you on your big day!


*Note: Filling this form out does not guarantee a booked session with us. If your date is not available or you have scheduled shoot we do not do (ie. Weddings, parties, large groups (over 4 persons) etc. ) then your shoot will be declined. Please make sure you have read everything (including the terms and agreements) before filling this form out.

In order to select the madras option, please ensure you have spoken with Designs by Regal about this shoot.

If the date is not there, then it is not available as of this time. We ONLY shoot weekends as of this time. If there is a discrepancy we will let you know.

These are the available times. We do not shoot after 6 p.m.

Photoshoot Location. Please note that we do not have a studio at this time. If your location requires a fee, you are responsible for paying that fee.

While we understand wanting to have faith in our creative direction, please have a general idea about what you would like to shoot.

*Contract form will be emailed to you if your request is accepted. No shoot will begin without a signed contract.
